We got to talk to Hudson today!!! YEAH YEAH YEAH!!! With google duo I also got to see him which did this mommas heart good. He was at the church using their wifi and he was in the coolest chair that does not look like it belongs there. He was so gracious to answer my million and one questions and be chastised for not sending me any pictures yet. He had some fun stories to already share including the need to "kick a possum" before becoming a true Tennesseean. While driving from the church where he was paired with his first companion, the guy stops. A possum crossed the road in front of the car. He starts yelling at Hudson to go kick it. He thinks this guy who he has been riding with for an hour is crazy! He finally explains the desire to kick a possum to be a true Tennessean, but got into a bush before he understood the need to go after it and kick it. He is out of sorts with all the trees blocking his view so he does not know what is surrounding him. He was most surprised about the Amish buggies tied to hitching posts at Wal-Mart. Pictures my boy, I asked for pictures. He got to do a follow-up baptism lesson which had an interesting introduction with a younger sibling on the roof. Lots to learn.
