Hudson did not "have time" to compose an email this week so he simply sent six pictures. That is better than nothing for those of us who want to keep updated on his happenings. These first pictures are a mural painted in Lawrenceburg. Hudson kept seeing people with pictures of it on Facebook. He asked and found out it was around the corner from the square forty restaurant he goes to on Saturday mornings with the retired religious leaders.
Hudson asked me to do some reconnaissance for him. Mama Newsh told him there was a backward sign in Pulaski, TN where the KKK was founded. After reading a few articles, I found it and sent him the information. 205 West Madison Street Pulaski, TN. The articles say the new owner of the building didn't approve of the KKK and turned the sign backward to "shun" them. Of course he had to photograph that.On Pday Hudson got Elder Herrick to go to the vintage shop with him. Elder Herrick was gracious enough to walk around while Hudson thumbed through all the vinyl. He came home with these gems and like a true missionary was thrifty with his money. He only paid $3.29 for all of them. Bargain shopper, check!
