Do you remember, the 1st night of septemberrr (Hudson Email Week 50)

Wednesday:  Recorded Glen rap with the sisters, then went to get ice cream.  Met with sisters contact Elizabeth who is getting baptized Sunday.  Bother Kinee was upset they were late to the meeting.

Thursday:  Zone conference teaches to utilize the Book of Mormon in every lesson and that has improved the spirituality of them. Creating special moments in their street contacting. Also learned to respect difference of opinion.  You shouldn't hold a grudge when it truly doesn't effect your life.  The Judd's are leaving the mission.  Super sad feelings all around.  Bdubs after for half off boneless wings.

Friday:  Sickness strikes for the second time.  Senior couple the Summers tested positive for COVID.  Elder Lewis woke up sick Friday and then Hudson.  They think they got it from Connie who tested negative for COVID.   They had an investigator who wanted a Book of Mormon that worked at Dominoes.  A member offered to feed them as they had no miles to get to her house for dinner.  They asked her to order Dominoes hoping the guy would be the delivery man.  It was a girl and she did not want to hear a message.  They drove the Book of Mormon to him.  Not so memorable.  Went to Chelsea's and she told Hudson that she didn't like Elder Norton.  He challenged her to read and she didn't feel like he understood what she was going through.  Hudson feels terrible, as Elder Norton was committed to helping her join the church.

Saturday:  Called Anna, no smoking since last Sunday.  Anna also wants a coffee substitute and has decided to drink Coke instead.  Call with Louie.  Wife feeding him doctrine in the background after telling the Elders not to only repeat what the apostles tell them to say.  He says the Book of Mormon is a bad book, but he has never read any of it.  Sisters contact named Cody or is it John Dillon?  22 Year old Merchant Marine on a base in Arizona.  Passed him to his local Elders.  Mix up with Elizabeth and Brother Kinee.  Sisters got kicked out of the apartment.  They sat on the porch, and when she answered again Elizabeth did not remember kicking her out.

Sunday:  Elizabeth's baptism did go through.  Only 30 people at church with recent COVID outbreak.  President Dickey took them to church to save miles.  Sat in on Elder's quorum meeting all about missionary needs in the wards.  Elder Holland's talk on homosexuality was the fifth Sunday lesson.  Connie struggled with it.  Hudson tried to assure her LDS is understanding of people being homosexual, yet we can't act up on it anymore than being an alcoholic.

Monday:  Went to Connie's farm where his throat was super sore.  Hudson tried a La Croix to smooth it.  It was disgusting.  Moved Teresa out of the apartment complex.  She gave them a tomato plant to sit on the back porch.  Moved meal to Friday when they had more miles.

Tuesday:  District council.  Went to Ruth's house, who is a former investigator.  Her trailer was very Tennessee over a ditch, back in the trees, no driveway directly to her and covered in green growth.  She had her boyfriend ask them to leave after they were too persistent.  Already over on extended miles.  Called Sister Clement from upstate New York about not making it to dinner.  She offered to bring it by the house.  It was amazing Fajitas.

Wednesday:  Headed to a suburb of Nashville. Goodlutzville? for P-Day.
