Wednesday: District last supper at Buffalo Wild Wings. Hudson and Elder Lewis went golfing. It was expensive, but the golf course was beautiful and Elder Lewis is a good golfer.
Friday: Met with Chelsea. Her baptism is sent for next Friday and they are pushing through her last few lessons. Connie tried to back out of the temple trip, but the Elders weren't taking no for an answer. They got her a temple interview at 8:30 that night at the church.
Saturday: Temple trip is finally here! Connie called at 5:59. One minute before Hudson's alarm went off. She was coming after all. Brother Ford drove the Elders down. He gave them a tour if his house. It was over 104 different mounts and he killed all but 2 of them. Elder Norton got permission to join them as the temple is in his new area. Hudson was baptized and performed lost of confirmations. Elder Lewis, however, did over 100 baptisms and never came out of the font for Hudson to take a turn. Hudson did get to see Connie do her baptisms and she didn't even scream. President Dickey had fourteen strikes against him, but he kept going. Afterwards they went to a restaurant called Cats for lunch. Hudson got hot chicken blazin' style.
Sunday: Members brought fresh produce to the church and the Elders ate at President Staples parents for dinner.
Monday: Elders went to Connie's and found weevil in her corn.
Tuesday: Hudson works on studying preach my gospel more. He attends district council. They go to big shakes to eat and Hudson orders hot chicken with the 5th heat, executioner. The waitress is very concerned about this white, Idaho boy ordering this level of heat. Hudson says they use a dry rub instead of sauce so it is salty more than anything. The Elders are noticing a lot of the sisters contacts do not want to talk to Elder's they are calling the "sister effect". They have decided not to speak with Alexander the Nashville cop as some of his posts are questionable.
