2 1/2 years ago, my dad's brother Dan, was diagnosed with Lou
Gehrig's disease. He and my dad were only two years apart growing up and inseperable. We were so sorry to hear a few months ago how quickly his disease was spreading. His wife wanted everyone together for a family reunion. Here is a photo of those that could make it up to see him.
He passed away a week ago Sunday. It seems that I am not the only one who thought he was a neat person. He served for many years in Pocatello law enforcement. They did a spread on him in the Idaho State Journal and his funeral procession was even broadcast on the Idaho news channel. We will surely miss one of the great men.
