What a great Easter!!! We went to Mitch's parents for Easter brunch and a big platter of ebelskivers. Mitch has bragged up these little breakfast goodies for as long as I have known him.
We finally got to enjoy them. They are a Danish "pancake" that is hollow inside that you stuff full of butter and jam. The kids thought that they were "GREAT"
and especially enjoyed making them "scream" at each other as they look like they have little mouths. Hudson couldn't remember what they were called so he nicknamed them "April Screamers" maybe we have a new product. Hudson also told his dad to hide his easter eggs really hard because he was so old now
that he could find them too easy. Mitch took it to the extreme and put them out of reach as well as under the snow. What a day.
